High values range from 206.6 to 258.8

Low values are found in approximately 53 % of the Health Service Areas.
Middle values are found in approximately 39 % of the Health Service Areas.
High values are found in approximately 8 % of the Health Service Areas.

In the Midwest Census Region:
Low values are found in approximately 33 % of the Health Service Areas.
Middle values are found in approximately 37 % of the Health Service Areas.
High values are found in approximately 29 % of the Health Service Areas.

In the South Census Region:
Low values are found in approximately 5 % of the Health Service Areas.
Middle values are found in approximately 25 % of the Health Service Areas.
High values are found in approximately 70 % of the Health Service Areas.

In the Northeast Census Region:
Low values are found in approximately 3 % of the Health Service Areas.
