Middle values are found in approximately 50 % of the Health Service Areas.
High values are found in approximately 35 % of the Health Service Areas.

In the Midwest Census Region:
Low values are found in approximately 4 % of the Health Service Areas.
Middle values are found in approximately 46 % of the Health Service Areas.
High values are found in approximately 50 % of the Health Service Areas.

In the South Census Region:
Low values are found in approximately 17 % of the Health Service Areas.
Middle values are found in approximately 26 % of the Health Service Areas.
High values are found in approximately 57 % of the Health Service Areas.

In the Northeast Census Region:
