In the Midwest Census Region:
Low values are found in approximately 8 % of the Health Service Areas.
Middle values are found in approximately 30 % of the Health Service Areas.
High values are found in approximately 62 % of the Health Service Areas.

In the South Census Region:
Low values are found in approximately 23 % of the Health Service Areas.
Middle values are found in approximately 34 % of the Health Service Areas.
